My last layout was torn down in 2007 in preparation for moving.  It was a small layout (about 8' x 10') and I was running DCS and TMCC.

I have benchwork built for an around the room layout in a 26' x 28' room.  I am starting the wiring and will be running DCS and Legacy.

I see that many, if not most, DCS users mount their TIU's on a vertical piece of plywood.  There are no keyslot holes on the bottom of the TIU for mounting.  So, my question is how do you mount your TIU's and AIU's to the plywood?

Ditto.  I didn't have to drill, though: a #8 deck screw went right in.  Screw to anything.  Just be careful tightening, just snug them up.  All my TIU's are mounted vertically, I believe it improves the reception.
