MTH 3-2 wheelsets | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I've got a set of MTH 3-2 wheelsets (20-89006) which do the recent 42" wheel EMD and GE diesels, but can't find the part no. for 40" wheels. Anyone know?

I THINK MTH is using the same sets for all of their diesels.

You're both worrying me, I didn't think there were many options! Are the wheels in the 4-axle 3-2 sets oversize too? Haven't they done anything with 2-rail wheels offered in the 90s? I'm not being picky, the oversize wheels may not fit without jamming up with brake shoes - like the 33" wheels in the 6-wheel passenger car trucks. Yeh OK they're probably off the wooden passenger cars from the 1890s, but.... OK dogs, time for a walk.

You can get 40" geared wheelsets as a direct fit from NWSL
