Appalachian Timber Shay 48” curves

I recently acquired the new MTH 3 truck shay. My layout has 48 inch curves, but the Shay goes around just fine. I have not tried with the gear train on the inside, but there are no issues with the gear train on the outside. Here is a video including close ups of the drive train.
