MTH 50-1001 DCS

The latest upgrade is the Rev. L for the 50-1001. Does anyone know if there will be any new upgrades coming out in the near future?

I am planning on buying the MTH 50-1001 DCS Remote Control W/ Rev. L and DCS TIU unit. I want to use it on the new S gauge EMD F3 Diesel that MTH is coming out with. I have the Lagacy to run the new Lionel/American Flyer units. I heard the best way to get the most out of the MTH units is to use there MTH 50-1001 Remote Control.

MTH's DCS system will get the most out of your MTH F-Units. But they are also DCC, so that will do most everything, and the newer Lionel engines will be DCC as well. Except for the Legacy/TMCC only locomotives will need the Legacy controller, everything else could use DCC.
