is there somewhere an online manual available with info about he DCC operation and functions of Premier steam locomotives PS 3.0?? more specific for the UP 4-12-2 9000 cat# 22-3642-2

I can't find anything on O gauge either?? I did find this manual for a PS3 HO engine that has a list of extended DCC functions.
FWIW, here it is attached below. (I am interested in DCC, but not an expert by any means!)
If they used an outside supplier for the decoder, than you could check that mfg site. They might be doing their own or having them custom made by some outfit.
The decoder is built into the PS3 board. I believe it has the DCC codes included. I've attached the FEF instruction set. The basic functions should be the same as on your 4-12-2. The basic functions are consistent among my collection of diesels and with my steam (UP Big Boy and ATSF Blue Goose).
