I love MTH buildings but hate the curb/side walks as they are way to tall/big. I have removed them from the ones I have.
Now to my problem, the Normandy Hotel(I am sure others have this also) has a small"Miller Engineering" type light in the widow. I had to remove the electronics module when I removed the base. Now the lights on the floors work but the one mentioned above in the window does not. When I removed the module it was attached to a metal L shaped piece that did not have anything attached to it other than the module. Was this some type of a ground? I can re-attach the metal piece if this needs to be done. It's just that there is no place to position this module without the base. Any help would be appreciated.
