Whats with MTH Parts and Service? Seems everything is out of stock especially O guage PS 3 diesel upgrade and repair components. Does MTH not longer support O guage Protosound 3.0?

They better be supporting it especially since they (and Atlas) are still installing it in new engines. They restock stuff in batches, they'll be back soon enough. You can sign up for an email alert for a particular part and they will send you a message when it's back in stock.
This has happened several times in the past, everything is running fine and then they run out of one or more of the PS/3 logic boards. Since it's necessary to build those boards in reasonably large lots to keep the costs down, sometimes there's a period of time where one or many of the logic boards are out of stock.
If they ceased producing the PS/3 boards, MTH would be out of business in a heartbeat, so I doubt that's happening.

I don't think Atlas sells the boards, at least I haven't seen them there.
