MTH Parts Midge is BACK!

I hope her family medical situation is resolved in a positive manner.

help is one thing Gary, competent help.....that's hard to find these days.....

It costs $2.66 to ship 4oz via First Class Mail, I ship a lot of stuff that way.

Sounds like a question for MTH.

MTH took my order about a month ago for a part that can't be one once.......but said they would call back to get payment info. I hope they still have my info.

Hope it all came out positive for her.

Like GRJ I hope Midge has gotten her family issues under control.

When I was a MTH dealer, Midge was always there for me. She was great. 

Mike needs to make it easier to order parts online and have the parts lists online like Lionel instead of Midge having to return calls all day. She will be missed by MTH and it's customers when she retires.

Midge is back and they have hired 2 women one  to help her and another women to assist mth as well. and if you cant get  hold  of midge dial extension 261 and you will get another women and she will return your phone calls! have helped me many times and have even  called me back with parts I was trying to get!

Mike PAY ATTENTION -  Midge is like gold  - THEY MAKING ANY MORE.   If she leaves - for whatever  reason - good or bad - you are going to have one hell of a problem. 

Through out  the last few years of ordering parts, midge has always

returned my calls asap.

if a part was out, she would know if and when it would be restocked. 

Recommended me a part that would replace the original part, ie speaker

always knew things Right off the bat.

Was always quick and efficent about it
