MTH Railking 2-6-6-4 Allegheny Proto Sound 1 reset 18-HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

The make PS chip is only when the engine makes 3 clanks at start up.  Sounds like a software conflict/ID fault if run on a low battery voltage.  It can be reset by tech with right chips.  G

Not likely but  does the RW have enough high power to trigger the clinks and clanks... ?  Maybe try another transformer or check out the voltage options on the RW.

Use a good transformer.   The RW was made in the middle of the last century.   Have someone with a Z4K help you.  What was it doing that made you use the MAKE PS chip?  

This is beyond the conventional reset.  It needs reprogramming, G
