Hi, I was running my MTH original Proto-Sound 1 RailKing MILW Hiawatha Hudson and noticed when it move in either direction, it doesn't chuff. I've tried the Feature 18 Reset, the Feature 27 Reset, and Feature 2 Reset, and none of them worked. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this.

When you do the reset 18 do you press the whistle button a second time and get a confirmation ding. G
The whistle button or bell button? I pressed the bell button to confirm.
Clearly resetting the engine won't change anything. The only thing I have yet to try is the Proto 1 reset chip.
Proto 1 reset will not fix this, that is for only one symptom (3 clanks). If you were doing auto with Z-4000 program, then yes bell button for second push to reset all features. Many times this restores Chuff. Otherwise you have to restore if with the chuff set procedure or use a specialty chip only techs have. G
UPDATE: The problem has been fixed. All I had to do was set the chuff rate, and it worked.
