mth tiu record/playback just stopped working.

I have a ceiling track that's about 40 feet long, I have a tri rail/and two other Mth Trains. because the track is on the ceiling I like to use the recording function.

But it just stopped working and for the life of me, I can not figure out why. if some one can help that would be great.
