Yes, however, I make my own. Take a short piece of solid wire with black coating. Bend so that it hooks in the mu opening in the plow. Dip the end in silver paint and attach to the engine.
On the newer models (at least the scale wheel versions) released over the last year or so, the hoses are more scale like and can more easily be fitted through the plow. The ATSF Dash 8 is an example. On older models, like the BNSF Dash 9, pictured below, the hoses are shorter and thicker, but can be fit through, though not ideally. You have to carefully bend them so as not to break them. On other models, I've detailed, like the FP45 below, I've used Atlas parts, which are flexible and sometimes are molded with the proper "drape" to fit through the plow.
A fellow on the two-rail forum, Santiago, makes his own with hose and brass parts. Very nice. A search might come up with a post in which he explains what parts he used.
