wow is that a great piece! Really nice job.
Thank you Dave! I have a harbor scene which I would like to populate with about 3 of these. I am about to open 2 Flag Company kits and make 2 more. This kit was the General Power and Light Administrative Office.
Thanks to Vulcan, Emil, Clem, Ed and Patrick, all the comments are greatly appreciated!

Nice Job Cesar!
I like the color you picked!
Great job. They look like the old GE small ware buildings that use to be in Bridgeport, CT.
Very nice job Cesar!! Just a few days ago I was talking to Rich of Korber Models about large backdrop structures using various Korber flats AND some that are completely new using material which would be cut by laser, etc.
I always enjoy your projects Cesar...keep them coming!
Alan
Fantastic! I think when the time comes and I need a good general contractor/developer to help with my layout's urban sprawl, I know who to call...
Nice Job Cesar!
I like the color you picked!
Thank you Rich! It looks better in person but my digital camera stinks!

Please post more photos once you add the other buildings. I really want to see one of the whole harbor scene with these buildings in it.

Very nice...
Where did the laser cut lettering come from?
Al
You just about completely obliterated any trace of the original kit, but kept enough character to be super effective, and you have created a totally new experience! It is really fantastic. Very cool.

Cesar,
Nice job. I love the colors that you used. The fire escape helps set the building off.
Alan Graziano
Cesar I like the style of the letters. The CLB MFG building is quite cool.
Thanks Pops, Ted!
Alan, Thanks! I used Antique White for the building, Pullman Green for the bay doors and Rustoleum Primer Rust for the fire escapes.
Pops, the letters are New Times Roman in Italic Bold that were cut on my laser cutter.

Cesar, I'm always amazed by your fantastic projects, your layout has to be really awesome by now, it blew my wife and me away when we visited you 3-4 years ago, the sheer size and beauty of what you had then, it got to be amazing by now, if we ever get back down to PA again we'll have to look you up again. Have a Happy Thanksgiving my friend.
Gary,
Thank you for your kind words, you're always welcome to visit. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well!
