   Holy cow, you went hog wild, great space to have a layout in, congrats on a fantastic

engineering job also.  I only dream of the kind of space that some of you guys have to make layouts in.  Very very nice J!

You might just give Brian (PTR) a run for his money, as far as layout engineering goes, and man that is saying something.

The layout is actually in the basement. The basement does have space for separate dining room table and also has a kitchenette, I suppose for an "in-law suite" or something like that, but hey, it was unused space before, might as well use it!

Absolutely!  I can't think of a better way to fill unused space than a train layout.  You are doing great there.
