Thanks for the show. Really liked slide 39 - Bush River bridge & slide 42 - Union Tunnel. I've been over the bridge and through the tunnel many times. Nice to see things close to home.
I thought it was a cool show also!
Thanks for sharing, I learned alot.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Mike! That was very interesting. I had to scroll back to the beginning, but when I did, I found some familiar images. In amongst my railroadiana I believe I have the full set of five 1970's Amtrak travel posters by artist David Klein.
These two were in the slide show.
I've located my copy of this one.
These three were not in the slide show, but were part of the series.
Still looking for my copies of the Southwest and Northwest posters.
I came by this set as partial compensation for building a layout for a fellow TCA member when I was living in Denver.

Elliot, Thank you so very much for sharing the posters! I have never seen any of them till today and I think they are all very cool. Your lucky to have a collection of them! I am glad you liked the slide show.
Cool, Thanks
My pleasure Mike. I found the Northwest poster in my mess, but I'm vaguely remembering that he didn't want to part with the Southwest (Santa Fe fan), so I ended up with the other four.
If you are interested, I found full sized reproduction posters here. They also have smaller versions. If I can't find the Southwest, and I doubt I have it, I'm going to get one to complete the set. $26 + shipping.

Elliot, I love all the posters! I don't understand the $26+shipping thing?
Sorry Mike the forum doesn't like my link. Google "Amtrak travel poster". It should come right up, the company name is Galaxy Print. It looks like they only do 3 of the 5, but there other vendors for the other two.
