need help identfing wires on MTH proto1 sound system. | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

got this board as it looks from a premior bigboy..need to know where these cut wires go to..there on the bottom board..two at the rear. black one on the side next to the battery hookup..the one on the bottom front where the tender teather is at looks to be a ground?

that a newer different board setup..know that that one..because i have them.. this one id posted is a different setup..MTh had 2 different boards sets.the top board id showed you dont have speaker volume control hookups.

The 2 brown at the end are most likely the coupler wires. One should be AC ground the other the trigger signal.

Not sure of the other brown wire, test continuity against AC ground and see if it is the same. Not sure of black wire either. Never saw one in that spot for MTH engines. This looks like a QSI after market set up?? G

had to use that shark lighter to prop that board up..to take pics of the board.that black side wire beside the battery hookup i would like to know,,
