Need help searching LIONEL parts database

This passenger car was part of a large set 6-21786 Santa Fe Anniversary Passenger Set (F3 A-B-B-A PWR & DMY A #200) .  If you type 21786 you will find a parts listing for the set.  Problem is there is no exploded view/pats diagram.  You will have to look through 180 line items to find what you are looking for by description. 

There is an instruction manual for the passenger cars which gives details on light replacement.  I provided a link below:

Sometimes it is part of a set and other times it may be an LCCA offering. The set number reveals the included pieces. I found 6-39129 set, but the full dome is not there. 

The set comes up on the main page product search. This is missing everywhere. 

It's not your technique or search terms. it's a product number.

There's a story here. I would guess it's 2002 or 2003 since the set is in the 2002 catalog. 

I'll see what 21786 brings up; it's a start.

More particularly, among other things, I'm looking for a part number for the interior w/people under the full dome LIONEL 15" aluminum cars.  TCA sold a car with an interior in a full dome; but I couldn't find anything on that car either.

This is one of those times when a request for help does not include all of the efforts made by the poster before posting; and, not initially specifying what the poster seeks in particular.

Thank you Bmoran4 for the link and parts break-out.  Unfortunately, this is a full dome that did not come with an interior which I mention in my second post in this thread.

This is a GREAT example of (one of) my problems with the LIONEL site.  If you type in the part number for a car, for example, 6-19128, which is a polished aluminum SF full dome without an interior, you get a parts break-out and photo identical to what Bmoran4 posted above:

However, if you type in the part number for the polished aluminum SF full dome that has an interior, 6-39136,  you get the dreaded "no results."

One time the part number for the car delivers the information; and, another time it doesn't--go figure.

I believe your car number is #508.  If so, this may be what you are looking for.  It is available at North Lima Trainworks but I can't find a photo of the part.

I used the Lionel parts search looking for any part with the word "interior" in the description.  That yielded approximately 500 parts.  I then displayed 250 lines (max) items per page. Then I hit CTRL+F to bring up IE find feature and typed in "vista".  There were 4 hits and this sounded like the one you were looking for.  Glad to help.

Neat search function.  I, too, tried "interior" but lost everything when I tried to add an additional search term in the LIONEL box.

EDIT:  Did as you said, but when I got to the display after "interior," I got zero hits using "vista."  Plenty of "vis" for "vision" cabeese, etc; but, add the "t" to "vis" and there were zero hits.

Regrettably, I not only tried it again, I tried it over and over again with the same result--once I hit the "t" after "vis" I get zero results, 0/0.

In the search box, I enter "interior."  I select 250 per page, hit "GO" and I get 250 of the 255 results on one page. 

Hit "Ctl = F" and get the drop down "Find" box.  Enter "v" and there are 89 results.  Add "i" and there are 23 results.  Add "s" and there are 14 results.  Add "t" and there are 0 results.

Looks like I may be riding the short bus tonight.

Wow, I never knew about the CTRL+F Feature. Thanks for the tip.

Carl something seems just a bit off on the initial search.  It reports over 500 hits when I type interior in the parts description with “anywhere in description” selected on the 3rd line.  Not sure why you get only 255. 

BTW, I think $20 is a steal for that big a part with so much detail and painting.
