I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with wiring turnouts. I have a left and a right. One main line and I want to use them to make a second line inside the main. I can't figure out how to wire it up so I can use just one switch. Any help should be awesome. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Thanks...... Deputy55

On your turnout there will be 3 screws aligned in a row for wires.   There will also be 3 screws aligned the same way on the switch you are using to throw the turnout.  The middle screw is for connecting to the transformer while the two outside screws connect the turnout to the switch.   For one of the turnouts connect the left screw to the left screw of the switch and do the same for the right side.  For the second turnout - using the SAME switch - connect the left screw of the turnout to the right screw of the switch and vice versa for the other side.  Now when you activate the switch both turnouts will throw in opposite directions to align the points in the same direction.

If I'm misunderstanding what you want to accomplish and you want the turnouts to both throw in the same direction just wire them the same way but to the same switch.

See pages 9 and 10. The basic premise is the same for any switch.

If you want 1 controller to run 2 switches you have to wire them together. You can either do it by connecting one switch to the other and then running the controller to that switch, or you can do with a 'Y' of wire. Doesnt matter which way you do it.

If you want them both to throw the same way (both curved or both straight), wire like page 9. If you want them to throw in opposing directions (one straight, one curved) wire like page 10.
