NEED NEW Drive Belts in both Gear Boxes of the Lionel 22998 Post War Repo Magnetic Crane!! | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I'm looking for TWO NEW Drive Belts for the Lionel 22998 Post War Repo Magnetic Crane. These are located in the Gear Case of both Gear Boxes that drive the Rotation of the Crane and Hook Up & Down functions. Anyone know where I can get a couple of New ones ? These are stretched out and don't work very good. They are slipping on the Drive Motors.

I took my old belts to Ace Hardware. O rings in plumbing dept. Want a O Ring a little smaller than your old ones.

I bought the O-Ring assortment from Harbor Freight, you will surely find one in there that will work. I also use them for MTH pantograph belts.

I think when I replaced mine it was a number 21, O ring, from hardware store. Works good now.
