I am finishing a long flat side modern steel bridge with a slight arch. Much like the ones you see spanning the interstate system. These bridges usually have splice plated at their least stress position, at the 1/4 and 3/4 length position. I have seen pre punched brass sheet stock with multiple rows of rivets which I believe would work quite nicely.
Any idea of source???

Here is how I just finished a bridge. I went to the craft store and bought a small bottle with a long needle point. I filled it with wood glue and placed dots where the rivets go. After painting it looked just like they were rivets. If you place lines with a pencil the dots were straight.

Find a pounce wheel in the sewing area of most store. use it to emboss rivets into thin plastic or metal (brass or aluminum) All the rivets you need for cheap!!
