We are exploring putting a "used product" section on the site. This would include collections we buy and re-worked or repaired new items. This way you can see some of the fine old trains we buy for the collectors out there. Thanks C&C

Since that's 90% of what I buy today....I'm in!! Let us know when!

Sounds good.
This is a very progressive move on your part. I'm sure you offer theses items in your retail store to walk in customers, so why not greatly expand your potential audience.
I would do it.
Charlie, just remember the last time you "updated" the web site.
That's good, you had us worried.
Charlie, this is a good idea. I'll be checking it out for sure.
Nothing wrong with used stuff. I buy it all the time. Looking forward to it.
Great!!! , there are some untrustworthy people out there and some of the items on my wish list are a little expensive and easily mocked, and you guys are the trustworthy and reliable.
Most of the stuff I buy is used, and I like buying from Nassau Hobby... so I would call this a win-win!
Looking forward to it being implemented. Thank you.
Only thing better would be taking wish lists from customers but I'm aware that's a formidable task for a LHS and would likely be a herculean undertaking for internet sales.
We are working with the software co. on upgrades that we think you might like. The problem we want to avoid is like what happened recently when we upgraded and the software wasn't really ready. So we will beta test things much deeper before we roll them out.
Some people run a shadow site for some time before going live. It's more work, but you get more mileage on it before you subject your customers to it.
Oh yeah. So much more interesting. The older the better.
