Welcome Hans!
Nice layout! I'm still in the designing stage of my standard gauge layout and it's really bugging me that I have so much to run and nothing to run it on.
Willkommen,
Your layouts look very nice, indeed.

Welcome aboard.
Welcome aboard, Hans!
You have joined a truly GREAT group of people.
Hans,
We are more than happy to have you. You will certainly enjoy yourself here. I love your two tone brown 408E. There's nothing like Standard gauge Tinplate!!
Many thanks for your welcome. The main reason for register at this forum is that i have a lot of questions about technique.
My first question is, doesn´t mth any longer produce "Proto Sound 2" parts? A friend of mine said, that he really needs a new board and the service member answered him there is no longer service for this parts. I mainly use PS2 equiped engines so it would be tragedy if this is fact. I often had problems with the "reader" and the wiring
attached some more pictures of my stuff

Hans,
Welcome to the, "Tinplate Trains" Forum. I'm sure you will find most everyone kick-backed and in the, "toy train" state of mind. We're all ready to help when you have questions.
God Bless,

Willkommen Hans!

Layout looks great! Welcome aboard Hans.
Welcome aboard Hans,
As a Tinplate fan of 40 plus years your layout is great! Keep up the great work and collection.
Welcome Hans. I love your layout.
As far as parts being available for the PS2 engines, there were two different systems. The early engines used 5V boards and the newer systems uses 3V boards. Parts for the 5V boards are no longer available.
Welcome to one of the Greatest Forums you will ever need.
As a newbie myself here, for about 1 year now, I have met so many helpful and kind people. You are going to be happy you arrived at OGR....
Willkommen
beautiful layout Hans!
Thank u again for your friendly welcome in this forum. I switched to Tinplate because its more nicer as the LGB . Standart gauge is the most beautiful thing that i ever knew Thank ya´ll for your support and help i really appreciate that. and thanks NJCJOE for the information to PS 2 boards
I looked up again and almost all locomotives that I own, have a 9 V Board.
These boards are actually very reliable, but the Speed Control Reader, have often had to be changed
Do these parts then no longer?
The PS 3 Reader does not fit for PS. 2
I think PS3 is not better than PS2 and was only developed to fit better in HO and S gauge locos
And because of DCC compatible
We have already lost a PS3 board, from a 381e. Bought 2014th
The wiring are very thin in PS3
regards
Hans,
