I won’t be there that day. What you should request to have Vinnie their club member/chef cook up a good homemade meal. Lol! Vinnie really knows how to cook!

Are there any open houses before this winter? My wife and I visited a few years ago and had a great time. Now I want to bring my 2-year old son as well but hate the idea of waiting 6 months to do it. He loves trains "right now"!

Open houses start in October  But you can come anytime with your grandson  Just shoot me an email

Ben, Vinnie's eggplant parm! Fresh eggplant from the Staten Island Italian gardens! Lol! His eggplant parm is outstanding like the rest of his cuisine.

Have to check the date that Peter is swinging by.

Saturday afternoon 25th May is when we (Sue & I) will be hosted by the lovely people at the New Jersey Hi-Railers Club.......I can't wait!!!!!!!!
