I think you are already seeing them.  This IMO has been in the works for the last year.  The transition started a long time ago.

 

I don't think you will see any BIG changes but when you look back maybe 2 years from now the little changes will add up.  But IMO there is not a big change to be made.

 

Mike Reagan moving to over see production was probably one of the biggest and that happened under Jerry but most likely was part of the transition.

Given the new president came from within and had been involved for some time in operations (i.e., he ran them) and the wording of the memo announced Hitchcock would take over, I don't expect any change.  All evidence is that everyone involved sees nothing that is broken or needs to be changed.  From what I can gather, I agree, so I think they will stay with their current course . . . 

 

This type of continuity and institutionalized executive bench strength, by the way, is a considerable corporate strength and asset.  You can imagine how different if it were MTH who was changing the person at the top!
