Hey guys. Here is my new video featuring the Lionel set #1922060. I added an additional locomotive and tank cars. I switched out the Lionel "buffer cars" to Atlas cars, which are more prototypically correct. This is explained in the video.

Please enjoy the video. If so, please leave a "like" and / or a comment. They will help me grow my channel. Also, consider subscribing to my Channel. It is FREE to subscribe, and you will receive up to date notifications of all my new videos.

Thanks!

Awesome video! I like that you included some facts about the real BNSF oil trains. This is something I want to add to my own soon-to-be-started layout, since I will be modeling the BNSF and UP in the southwest US. Hopefully Lionel will make some new Vision 30K Gallon Tank Car packs soon (next year, maybe?).

Hey Dylan. Thanks. I agree about the tank cars too! I hope Lionel produces some BNSF VL 30K cars SOON!

Very nice video. I enjoyed watching it. Just curious do you make these yourself and if so what program do you use or do you have somebody make them for you?

Thank you, Neal. High praise for sure from the Master and much appreciated.

I do it all myself. I learned a few tricks over the years. For these long videos, I shoot clips with my Sony FX30 (cropped sensor) and an assortment of APS-C lenses. For the stills, I shoot "raw images" with my Sony A7iv (full frame). I post process my stills in Adobe Lightroom using different color LUT'S. All of my video editing is done with "Power Director 365". This is a web-based program that you pay a subscription fee per year. I also use a 3rd party source for all my music and additional sound effects.

It is a process, I will not kid you. There are also a few editing programs that can be purchased outright for both videos and stills. I started out with them, but they do have their limitations.

You need to be careful what you download from the web. A lot of video clips, stills and music is copyrighted.

Hope that helps.

Always enjoy your videos, Donald. Per your explanation of the process, obviously preparing these involves a good deal of work and time, but the results are terrific.

Hello Tom. Thanks for the kind comments.  I have had a lifetime interest in photography and recently videography. I am always trying to improve my skills. I make the videos because I enjoy the process. Being retired, I have the time to devote to all the editing. I wish I could turn my passion into a business but unfortunately, I do not make a dime on anything! Maybe someday.

🙂🙂🙂
