Even though I've owned most of my current trains for several years, I'm just getting into the DCS system now as they are all MTH PS 2 engines. My question is, one of the engines works fine in conventional mode but as soon as I try to run it with my DCS Remote Commander, it won't cycle correctly or move. If I take the train off the track and put it back down again, the E-unit starts to cycle and it will eventually start to move, however at 18 volts with no speed control. I'm thinking the train needs a factory reset but I just wanted to check with the experts first in case I'm missing something.
