Playground or school building.
I vote school building with a school bus in front.
Its a BREWERY for the big kids that play! They want you to go slow, cause after a few beer's everyone slows down! LOL
I resemble that remark!
I have to say playground since it says children playing.
Got to be a school. Unless it is a playground with night lighting. What is a Brewery LOL. On another note I was at a friends house Tuesday night and he had the Menards hotel already on his layout. All I can say is "WOW" it is much bigger in person....................Paul
Let's face it Mike G, we're never going to get a brewery. My guess is that it's a school building to go with the school buses.
School building with a playground out back of it.
Butttt I have seen those signs in neighborhoods so could be another house.
A house with Christmas lights.
Wild Mary! NEVER SAY NEVER! LOL

Bingo!!
It's a brewery with a children"s day care center. The parents, work at the brewery while their children are being supervised by a group of very well trained professional day care workers.
And I was thinking we could pretty much rule out a brewery! You guys, Dad would be ashamed! LOL
Great thought there Jim, If I was still working I would have taken my kids there! LOL

You know it funny Dad hasn't said anything yet! LOL Probably wondering why he doesn't have it already!
Mike, after his recent adoptions, kids scare Dad to death! LOL
Dad isn't saying anything because he is already finding a spot on his layout for it and enjoying it........on again off again son ,,,,,,Paul
It is common in some european countries for Bars/Taverns to have a play area for Children as a service for their adult patrons. Supposedly that's where some bright person at McDonald's ad agency got the idea for 'McDonald's PlayPlace'.

If its not a brewery, I think Mike needs a different sign.
Its a Swing Set! with a slide!
Jim I love the sign! It works great, my grandkids, my English bulldog, and ME! LOL
The Menards sign is truly a modern presentation. As a boy in the 50's, the sign I clearly remember is this one.
I always felt so sorry for that boy since his mother dressed him in knickers and high stockings.
P51, with comments like that, there may have been one of those signs in front of your friend's house! Just sayin!

Actually, he's one of the quickest wits I've ever encountered. He later was a Recon Marine and then a Highway Patrol officer, and is still in law enforcement.
I'm thinking an elementary school building.
That or a playground.
A textile factory.
The golf links lie so near the mill
That almost every day
The working children can look out
And see the men at play.

Whatever it is it is two pieces that can be hooked together. Maybe a school with animated playground next to it.......Paul
a retrofit transformer so I don't need 28 wallwarts under my table so my boys could play under the table top instead of on top.. LOL..
It will be a School building !
A playground with lots of motion hence the electrical connection.
That's the data link connector to the fermentation tanks in the brewery that's coming this week.
Park district building with playground and maybe a pool
