Steam into History ran a special train this morning (5/17) for members of The Reading Railroad Museum / Reading Company Technical & Historical Society. We arrived in time to see No. 17 roll out of the enginehouse in perfect weather - just the opposite of FRIDAY morning.

It suggests a mind-bending question: Is that ad prototypical?

NO - It is not prototypical of a Civil War-era combine.

YES - It is painted on a replica of a Civil War-era combine in 1:1 scale, so it is prototypical.
