Hello all. I finnaly connected up my AIU and started to test it out.
The DCS WiFi app keeps telling me that there are no AIU’s connected to my TIU. Are any additional connections required between the AIU and TIU besides the included cable? I continuity tested the cable and it is ok. I am using a Rev L TIU.

Nope, just the one cable. AIUs have IN and OUT ports. Just make sure it's plugged into the IN port.
Suggestion, take your DCS remote. Select SW and the ALL. The switch relays can be cycled regardless if you have anything hooked up. If that works, your TIU/AIU is fine.

First, as Gilly stated above, ensure that the cable is plugged into the TIU's AIU IN port and into the AIU's TIU In port. If it's plugged in differently, you may have damaged the TIU, the AIU or both.
Second, lay your AIU cable flat. If both clips aren't pointing in the same direction (up or down), you have the wrong cable.

I did connect the cable to the AIU Input on the TIU and the TIU Input on the AIU. I verified the cable as Barry suggested.
I will try the DCS remote instead of the App.

Are you are using a standard 6 conductor cable from the TIU to the AIU?
Yes, I was using the standard cable included with the AIU.
I opened up the AIU as the RJ12 jack felt loose. All the solder joints were OK. I reassembled and tried the DCS remote All feature as Gilly suggested. All the the relay picked.
Everything is working correctly now with the remote and App. Thank you everyone for the help.
