No sound p3

Started up railroad today and one engine has lost all sound, including bell and whistle. One remote indicates 100%, the other doesn't register at all in sound menu. Sound off/on doesn't register on either. Other three engines all work fine. Does anyone have any thoughts. Thanks to all.

do a reset of the engine. First try the feature reset.

If that doesn't work, than do a factory reset. You'll have to re-add it after.
