Make sure that under engine info that the cab-2 is set to TMCC.
Make sure the train brake is off. That will make the engine stand still and respond to all other commands.

Paul,i just checked it is set to tmcc,i took the cab-2 and it responded to the throttle,so i shut every thing down & i then powered up again problem returns will not respond to cab-2 throttle.

When I first got the Legacy, I got bit by the train brake, I was sure the thing was broken! My grandson still comes up and puts them on and leaves to see if I'll notice.
