I updated the software on my IPad and now the MTH app will no longer connect (worked perfectly before). The network connection will indicate it is connected to the WIU but same error message appears. I have reset the networks, eliminated all but the mth network, and reset the WIU. Everything but reset the app because I don't want to delete all the layout information only to find a reset was not necessary.
A second IPad has no issues accessing the WIU, so the problem resides in the IPad with the software update.
When the updated IPad first accessed the WIU, I was prompted with some type of access question to which I clearly answered wrong.
Not sure what is left to do minus the app reset. Also don,t know if there is an easy way to download app layout information before deleting it all.
