Hi all I found this US White House and some trains at a Estate Sale, The House is sealed in a plastic cover and has printed ground covering. The House is plastic and looks like a Plasticville product and looks to be in o scale. I can not find any info on the internet anywhere about this item I believe it to be from the 1950's since the trains I purchased where that era with some other buildings also of that time period. Could it be just a souvenir or other plastic model ? I enclosed some pictures. Any ideas??? It would be great on a layout. Thanks

That's awesome, very interesting and would be really great on a layout. If one was modeling the Washington DC area, It would make a great theme, getting a Grand Central Station, The Acela, and a destination of New York, Wow, what an imagination could do....Thanks for posting...
Great find!
Back in the 50's Marx made a White House Plastic kit. This may or may not be it.

I did see the Marx set but it came in a box with all the Presdients. This is in a covered plastic and stapled on bottom. Thanks
The only writing is on the bottom front that says " The White House of The United States 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington D. C. Can't find any info on it. Thanks.
That's a beauty. The White House souvenir shop sells one that is heavy paper for about 10 dollars. Lots of details since it's printed on.
K-Line cataloged this along with other famous buildings in 1983. I have the catalog somewhere.
Wow! That's awesome. I'm sure a remake would generate quite a few sales.
K-Line reused the Marx molds, both for the White House and for the US Capitol.
Thanks All , Not Marx though since the Marx came in a box and had to put together. I can't find anything from K-Line either. I listed this on E-bay to see what happens If anyone was interested. I can't use it on my layout. Really don 't know how to price it so I started at $ 50.
