It is very apparent that you know nothing about vitamins. Anybody who thinks that vitamins are the panacea for life is dead wrong. I have never taken a vitamin in my life, why waste the money. Good nutrition, exercise, moderation and seeing a doctor on a regular schedule is the basis for a long life and good health. The vitamin industry wants you to think like you do. They make allot of money from people like you. You better believe in luck because one day it will run out like a friend of mine who dropped dead at age 68 because he never went to the doctor. It could have been prevented and his wife would not now be alone. BTW he was in fine physical condition and guess what, he relied on vitamins to cure everything he came down with.

Can't comment on your story because there are not enough details.  I had a friend who died at 62 from a heart attack.  A few months prior to the heart attack, his doctor gave him a clean bill of health for his heart.  I also had two friends die at 84 from cancer.  Both had prostrate cancer for about 4 years and then the cancer got worse and they died.  I don't take any drugs of any kind and never will.

Tell me what your friend died of and I will give you my take on it.

Tell me what it is that a doctor could tell me that I don't already know?  My blood pressure is 128/72.  Cholesterol is 165.  No aches or pains.  No GI problems.

BTW, I never said vitamins would cure everything.  It takes more than vitamins.

I have been curing people of osteoarthritis for 30+ years, and never missed one.  Why is arthritis thought to be incurable?  Last one I know about was a 72 year old engineer I worked with in California.  His knees were so bad he could barely walk using a cane and pain killers.  He used my formula for curing arthritis and 9 months later was walking normally.  He avoided two knee replacements.
