Does anyone else remember this item? I am putting on a show at the regional library. I thought a couple of

operating kitbashed cars representing the joys of reading ( pulled by a MTH Reading RR diesel ) of course).

The librarian asked me to include some STEM items. The issue I am referring too was before the STEM acronym

was invented. Even the right year or catalogue name would be a start. I don't need the actual issue, just

images of the relevant pages. Thanks, UnclePeteRR

Bruce and Mark,  After looking what Mark posted,  I wondered if that is

correct issue. I recall several colorful pages illustrating electrical, physics

aspects displayed in model railroading.  But I am relying on 20 year old

memories. Thank You for your help gentlemen.  UnclePeteRR

ps I wish there was someone to answer the phone at MTH

I posted this in your other thread?:

Good on you for taking initiative in the community. Hope the pics & catalogs below help. I taught Secondary Mathematics from my second year to my most recent year of teaching, that second year happened to be when I got back into the hobby. I always wanted to incorporate something toy train related.

the 2003 is very similar to what Mark posted. Note while the section headings for the 2003 and 2001 catalogs are the same, the text under some headings differs
