And just for "Hot Water".......yeh we call them "drivers" not engineers here.
You have to go to university for at least four (4) years to get an engineering degree, and then some.
From the looks of the second "driver" shown in the clip, he probably didn't get much past high school!!! Just saying!!!!

Call them whatever you desire in your country but, in Canada, United States, and Mexico, they are Engineers.

Same here, for Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc..

Why would the "Driver" be at fault? Who was in charge of the reverse movements, and who was protecting the shove, i.e. the reverse movements of each train? The "Driver" was doing what he/she was told, right?

Talk about a mess, I wish they would report oil train derailments here (in the US) in a more national way. Few know how many there actually are.

Well, we could consider pipelines for safer transport.

Or we could go all electric because no pollution or destruction created there! Great for mother earth and the infrastructure is rock solid.

Really? If the electric power doesn't come from hydro-electric generation, how do you propose to generate THAT MUCH electricity?
Great for mother earth and the infrastructure is rock solid.
Sure.

I guess my sarcasm did come across well.

Yep, be like California, you can't charge your electric car because they don't have the available power!
Shawn I got it don't worry. AND I thought it was funny! AND GRJ I thought the exact same thing LOL
