That depends on what you're looking for.  The 'Orange' Hall is the largest of the dealer buildings with mostly newer trains and lots of cottage industry vendors and also where the major train manufacturers set up.  The smaller 'Purple' and 'Brown' Halls are also mostly newer trains.

All of the rest of the buildings are members that are selling their own inventory ranging from newer items to Pre-War trains.

Brian has stated this very well.

Normally, I spend most of my time in the Orange Hall because I am looking for the cottage industry stuff. I typically start there as well.

Next month is different in terms of where I start. I am looking for a couple of K-Line passenger train sets and I think my best bet to find them is in the member halls. So it is at the Blue/Silver Halls when they open the doors. This doesn't mean that I won't spend most of the time at the Orange Hall as I probably will, just not to start with.
