Hi Luis,
Very nicely done !!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for posting
Alex
Very well done, hope you don't mind me embedding your video here so it's easier for others to view.
Good video and good subjects - thank you!
Nice video.
OGaugedreamer, why start a new thread with your video when there is a 13 page thread used by many here to post similar videos? I ask because I'm relatively new to this forum and this is my first Christmas here. Also, there are some threads that I put on my desktop so I can catch-up with what's been added to them. A thread like yours doesn't last long on the "what's new" scroll to the right, and I don't typically visit the Hi-rail forum, so I'd miss your nice video.
Very nice video Luis...

for give me for hijacking this thread, do you mean this thread?
that looks to be mostly photos even the title says photos and not videos.
yes there are videos there but most are photos.
most people who post videos start new threads because the topic is about a different train.
this section is for any three rail that is not scale.
if you only visit the scale section you miss out on a lot as most action is here,
What was inserted into the gondolas to have lights and figures on top?
Hi Riverrailfan,
I used blocks of foam cut to fit. I find the foam in the 'florist' department at Michael's to be the easiest to use. For the LED lights, I bought battery powered strings of LED lights from the 'Dollar Store', they take 2 AA batteries. (for giggles I left one string on for the past 2 weeks and it's still going bright).
I then pushed each bulb through the bottom of the foam until it just about broke through to the surface. I then covered the foam block with white 'snow' sheet, also found at Michael's. A little hot glue to hold the white felt in place and done. One additional step was cutting out enough foam underneath the block to fit the LED light battery pack.
I cut the foam to fit snug, so all I have to do to turn the lights on is lift the block out to reach the battery pack on/off switch.
Well done, Merry Christmas
Brent
I really like this video!
What is in the cars right before Rudy? They look like soda bottles or tiny trees?
OGR Dreamer,
Fantastic Christmas layout & Video!

Merry Christmas Luis. Your video is very nicely done.
You have some beautiful pieces in your Dickens Village including the Ramsford Palace. I also really like your Rio Grande F units and the use of the K-Line CZ set.
