I'm going to get either Santa Fe f3's or PA's to haul my passenger train. Does anyone have experience with both engines that can tell me whether the passenger sounds are the same? ...or different?
My local dealer has neither.

Buy whichever engine you prefer. You can always swap sound files after the purchase.

I don't know anything about that Barry.
Choosing a sound file is but one of many benefits of the PS2/3 system not offered on others.
Many of us are stuck with the same 'obnoxious' engineer on several of our steamers!
With PS2/3 we could easily give him a transfer...
