Remember, MTH often copies and pastes some technical information such as CV location. That does NOT mean your engine is equipped with that feature.

30-XXXX-1 series- AKA railking may not have the same features as a Premier 20-XXXX-1.

Again, the Railking being a smaller and often less featured unit, I can find no such parts breakdown or manual instructions indicating it actually has motorized pantographs.
