The best of the best combined in one flick.....Best and Only plus EMD (EMC) at it's absolute perfection!  At least in terms of looks.  The closest I've been able to get to this chooch is in HO scale...with an OML  B&O EA+EB set and the Cinncinatian cars by Key.   Those folks back then had NO idea just how good they had it !  Beano may not have been a financial monster, but they played the game like no one before or since!

Thanks for posting this, Charlie.  That last scene of the Engineer from the front had a good view of the "headache bar" in the cab of all General Motors cab units.

 

I remember seeing this film in elementary school in 1952.  As information, Santa Fe had a Diesel Maintainer aboard every passenger diesel consist from the late 1930's through around 1950.  I would be interested to know how long B&O continued the practice shown in this film.
