Peterson Supply in Oregon has long been a patron for custom runs in O scale.  I was curious what models and paint schemes are out there.

I have several freight cars that I need to photograph, but I thought I'd start with this 1st run 3rd Rail E7 that Peterson Supply sponsored in SP&S.  I prepared graphics for a few roads on behalf of Peterson Supply for the FP7 also, but do not have those models.

I have 2 Wheeling & Lake Erie GP35's. These were originally DC but have since been converted to DCC with ESU LokSound XL V4.0 decoders.

I spoke with Andy Petersen about this custom run from 2004 and he told me that 100 were made and they were delivered without numbers. Andy and whatever help he had at that time added them. I think I've seen 4 #'s, 100, 103, 104 & 105.

I didn't ask him about how many 2-rail DC models were offered compared to 3-rail TMCC but I think it's close to an even split.

I love how Atlas got the correct ALCo trade-in AAR Type B trucks correct for this model as these were former Southern units.

First up is a 3rd Rail Special Run for Petersen. It is a FP7 for Georgia Railroad. They also made some for Atlanta & West Point and for Western Railway of Alabama. Wish I had those!

Next is a Weaver Boxcar made for Petersen in Central of Georgia. I have 3 different numbers.
