Who made that loco?; when?

It is a MTH collector club steamer released a few years ago or so. The loco was originally scheduled to be a Disney exclusive but the deal fell through, MTH relabeled the tenders as either the Abraham Lincoln or George Washington and offered them to the MTH Collectors Club members. PS-3, diecast, and sound. A terrific runner and great sound.
