Following lots of folks:  evergreens to go, and also as a border. The drive-in theater allows Christmas tree sales in their parking area in December; to put everyone in the mood they show "Miracle on 34th St." on the big screen.

@walt rapp - re: Clark Bar Train car:  It is an MTH and the # is 20-95509 that I bought from Forum sponsor Public Delivery Track 8/12/2022 and I think it was made in 2021.
