Oh my! That reminded me that as a kid I had a deck of Southern Pacific playing cards. Each card had a different scene on it. I wore them out playing cards. Would love to  have that deck now.

That was the plan, but decided it was more that I wanted to take on. I did restore one of the 408Es and turned it into a static display.

Two guys named Joe & Tom are driving a Red Ambulance. He stops at the Red Owl to pick up his lunch. A reuben sandwich to go served on a tin plate with plastic dinner wear. Along with a magazine with a black steam locomotive on the cover. 🚂
