I've written a few times about how my youngest son and I share special time together working on trains and doing the train thing.  As I have shared, he is a special needs young adult, and we work through the the "hurdles" of his physical limitations......but we discovered that we can do really cool stuff with Plasticville & K-Lineville kits and make them special for us.  For christmas, he saw a Frosty Bar kit and a detail kit on the internet..so voila', in his stocking was the kits.

After a few days of work...here is the result!  And Dad is proud!  And all is right in Plasticville!

Tell your son that there is no need to try painting facial features on the figures.

Actually, Sonya, the babe on the left, just left the bank down the street.  Her 'purse' has the loot.  She's still wearing her sunglasses and mustache () disguise!  She shoulda worn her black wig...or dyed her hair the same...but, hey, if you're a dame in a dress and think you've pulled off a credible disguise with a mustache, who cares about the 'details'.

Or is it a dame, after all??   Hmmm.....  A new candidate for World's Dumbest Criminals?

All you need is a story line...  The kids love it.  Adults find it confirming...you're in a different world with the hobby!!

Very nice details to the Frosty Bar!

Never owned the Frosty Bar, but I don't think it had a soda fountain detail inside the factory made one. With the woman walking to the Frosty Bar is an excellant addition, makes it look real. Also from looking thru Plasticville photos on the internet I do not recall seeing seated figuires at the seats.

Keep up the nice work!
