Post war ZW-----running TMCC with it ?---or maybe purchasing something more up to date?

Ok,so if I understood everything from everyone on my previous post about this issue,all I need to do ,is

wire in some TVS's,to my leads,and to my post on my ZW,and wire in the circuit breakers and I am good to go.----------Correct?---------Or in the long run maybe start really looking at a a MTH Z4000.And if so were are good places to purchase the Z4000 at?

If you have a decent circuit breaker and a TVS on each transformer output to the tracks, you're fine with your PW-ZW.

Its hard to beat the price of a postwar ZW. They are around 100.00 bucks and are very durable. Just add the fast acting circuit breakers and the TVS protectors and you are good to go.
