I know it cant be rocket science its 3 rail but im stumped. I have a 2 turnout crossover. Everything right to left works fine straight and turnout right to left works fine until im coming out of turn out on to inner loop. Trains lights up but i do believe the polarity is wrong. If i move it forward a little and start it it works fine. But coming out of switch it stops. I have the exact same on other side of layout and it works fine.

Sounds like the rollers are each on a dead rail. Mark where the rollers are exactly when the train stops. Unless you're using dc, no polarity problem.
Sometimes switches have small wires underneath them to transfer power to the rails past the frogs but they break and then you would have to either fix the wire or add another power feed past the switch
Frog wires are fine this is where the rollers are when stopping going left to right. Ive even changed turnouts. It has to be polarity because train stays lit. And it has to be in turnout because train will go straight both directions just not through last turnout left to right. Im kinda new to this so im sure im missing something simple

This is turnout
I think i figure it out, it was a polarity issue on my atlas connector
