Hello,
My PS2 Willams N & W 'J' has the sound file for the 'Cavalier'. Can anyone tell me if one of the MTH 'J's has a sound file for the Powhatan Arrow and, if so, what the engine model number is?
Thanks.

20-3571-1 is the latest MTH 611J offered in the 2015 catalog. MTH is advertising an all new sound file recorded of the 611J after her restoration in Spencer. IMHO, that's about as good as it will get.
Gilly
I wasn't very specific in my queston. I'm very pleased with the engine sounds. It's the passenger sounds I'm asking about. The arrival announcement is for the Cavalier. I would prefer the announcement for the Powhatan Arrow if it's available.

Mike that will take you to the MTH page for N&W Js. Not sure which sounds are there. If you want to keep the quillable whistle feature you need to pick one that has it as a feature. I think MTH had 6 different sound files that year (2008). G
Thanks, George. I checked the link and I notice the files indicate which train they are for. In addition to the Cavalier, there's the Powhatan Arrow, Pocahontas, and Tennessean. I'll check them out.
Success! Instead of announcing 'Train 16, the Cavalier', my engine now announces 'Train 25, the Powhatan Arrow'. The quillable whistle is still there.
Mike,
I used the one from engine 20-3132-1, is that the same one as the one you found?
For all the sound files I use I make a folder and name it after the engine model number, helps me remember where I got them.
MTH's new website is still not showing all the sound files. Using the old service link page will have them.
As long as you load a sf with QW feature you will have it. Glad you got one you like. G
Mike,
I used the one from engine 20-3132-1.........
Hi Bob,
I used 20-3365-1E. Does 20-3132-1 have the passenger anouncements for the Powhatan Arrow also? Thanks for the tip on naming the folders. It gets confusing very quckly.

Mike, yes it does. Here's the link to the engine itself:

It's unfortunate that we can't hear the sound files without having to download them first.
