Prewar American Flyer 3/16 O-Gauge Diecast

Hello,

     I have several of the Prewar American Flyer 3/16 Diecast cars in o-gauge. They are all in very nice condition. Possible for anyone to provide info. on these cars including value? Have crane car, cattle car, tank car, caboose, reefer, and gondola. These are prewar o gauge 3/16. Some say I'm crazy saying they are not flyer but other manufacturer or Flyer didn't make prewar 3/16. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Flyer made diecast cars for their top of the line sets during the prewar. I have a few also. Since they are subject to zinc pest and that they were made for the higher dollar sets not as many were made nor have  they survived as well as the pressed metal cars. A typical die cast freight car could run as much as a $100.00 depending on condition and desirability.
